Jay Romanoff
Jay Romanoff, President of Romanoff Industries, has been the cornerstone of our company since he returned to work for his father, Jack Romanoff, Jr., in 1987. With a B.S. in Entrepreneurship & Finance from the University of Arizona, Jay initially joined the team as the first warehouse manager in 1979. His visionary leadership led him to become President in 1990. Beyond his professional achievements, Jay is deeply involved in the community, serving on the JCC Board, the East Toledo Family Center Board, and as the chairman of the Temple Shomer Emunim Maintenance Committee.

Mindy Romanoff
Mindy Romanoff has been a cornerstone of Romanoff since 1988, currently serving as the Secretary/Treasurer and Director of Finance & Human Resources. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, she expertly leads the Accounting Department, oversees payroll management, and handles all aspects of Human Resources. Her responsibilities also include managing accounts payable and collections. Outside of work, Mindy is an active community member, proudly serving as an Ambassador for the Toledo Museum of Art.

Aaron Liebenthal
Aaron Liebenthal is the Lead Salesman, Assistant Buyer, and Head of Marketing at Romanoff Industries. He holds a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Toledo and played Division 1 college golf at Sacred Heart University for three years. Since joining in 2019, Aaron has leveraged his experience from warehouse operations and inventory management to excel in sales and marketing, driving the company's growth and success.

Daniel Cavese
Daniel Cavese serves as the Operations Manager at Romanoff, where he oversees all daily operations and drives continuous improvement efforts as the EOS Integrator. Daniel earned his B.S. in Integrated Systems Engineering from Ohio State University in 2015 and has been a valuable asset to Romanoff for the past two years. In addition to his professional role, Daniel is deeply involved in the community. He is an Evans Scholar alumnus and a par club supporter, actively supports St. Francis de Sales School in Toledo, and is a proud member of EPIC Toledo.

Melissa Boisselle
Melissa Boisselle, our Shop Production Leader, has been a dedicated member of our team since 2007. Starting her journey with us as a part-time receptionist, Melissa's exceptional skills and commitment quickly propelled her through various roles including personal assistant to Jay Romanoff, accounting clerk, and sales assistant. Her multifaceted experience and leadership have been instrumental in driving our production success.
